All of our digital products carry a 365-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied, write to us during that period for a full refund of your purchase. Downloading or accessing the product does not exclude you from this guarantee.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the email you used at checkout, the product name and your order or receipt number so we can find your purchase. The reason is optional. Never send card numbers or payment credentials by email. We acknowledge your message and reply within 1 to 2 business days.

How you are refunded

We refund eligible purchases to the original payment method through our payment processor. How long the funds take to appear depends on the processor, its payment partners and your bank. If you paid in installments or used financing, the payment processor handles the adjustments under its own terms; contact us and we will help you recover your refund.

You keep your files

Even after a refund, you keep the files you already received: the activity packs, bonuses and gifts. Online access to your download page ends after the refund. Your use stays personal, for your own family and children; the files themselves may not be shared, resold or redistributed. If you cannot access your purchase, contact us for help or a refund.
